DYSK Air Conditioning serves clients from two offices:

• Harpenden  -  head office and warehouse facilities.
  
• Leeds – branch office facilities.

The company presently employs 7 people in sales, technical support and logistics.

Some of the above contracts we supply on an exclusive basis. For example, we are currently the exclusive supplier of Sanyo air conditioning equipment for New Look Retail and supply products at agreed pricing to contractors working on new and refit projects.

We offer a service level agreement which covers areas such as lead times, quote response times, delivery schedules, etc. In addition, we operate a dedicated website for Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) recovery so that New Look's audit team can easily calculate tax rebates. We also maintain a database of all stores and record information on products, order date, delivery dates, installing contractor, payment information.
